Annual Salary: £30,000.00
We are looking for an experienced, punctual Finance Officer
(Accounting) to manage our accounting and financial
requirements.
The daily, weekly, annual tasks included below:
- Account reconciliation, BACS payments

Prepare Salary and handover to our accounting consultant

Prepare VAT, Payroll, Annual Accounts and approve to the
accountant

Advise the director/s about efficient methods to optimise
finance stability and sustainability

Analise payback ratios and evaluate the efficiency and
profitability of our contracts

Advise about the underperforming contracts to the
management
-
Invoicing, payments, tendering and follow compliance with
the sub-contractors
The successful candidate required the can-do attitude,
ability to work under pressure, experiences in similar
natures, eye to details. The candidate with ability to speak
a second language can be an advantage. Abilities in basic
Maths (O/L Similar), Microsoft office and practice with
software such as Xero or Sage can be an advantage.
EMP Cleaning Services Ltd has doubled its capacity in the
last 12 months, therefore the company required a Finance
officer with wide experiences to overlook the finance and
some elements of the accounting. The company is focusing on
a rapid growth strategy to achieve in the next 2 years,
therefore, the successful candidate required to come up with
own strategies to maximise the profitability and the
sustainability.
The Company is facing tremendous challenges due to slow
cashflow (late payments due to the nature of the market). We
are sourcing finance through various channels, and we expect
the candidate to evaluate the efficiency and find new
sources to stabilize the financial structure.
